WITHDRAWAL

The Director/Chief Administrative Officer (Principal) of this institution is empowered to dismiss any cadet or withdraw her name from the roll for any of the following reasons:-

If any cadet remains sick for a long period or is considered physically unfit to carry out the daily routine of this institution.

If a cadet fails to secure minimum 60% marks in School! College fast and examination. CAO/Principal reserves the review rights for retention/suspension.

If a cadet is habitual to remain absent from the hotel and goes out on leave without obtaining prior approval / permission of CAO/Principal in writing.

If a cadet fails to maintain DCA discipline or indulge in prohibited activities.

In case the mess/hostel fees is not paid the parents of the cadets in time.

If a parent wishes to withdraw their child, they must give clear two months prior notice to DCA and make their dues clear as per the agreement. No fees will be refunded under any circumstances.

Any dispute arising therefrom is subjected to jurisdiction of Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad).
